This is a move geared to Long Term Evolution-U advancement in future. When fully adopted we will be able to upgrade to higher speeds plans with no or less upgrade on the client side in future. We have therefore selected you amongst other clients on phase one to get upgrade to the new platform. Once we have upgraded your link, we shall do monitoring for a period not less than one month. The move will involve client side equipment upgrade or replacement where applicable. We will start upgrades remotely but if need be, we shall request to visit your premises. Communicate shall be done in advance. We have planned the upgrade in phases that will see all our active clients on board the new platform by the end of the exercise. Kindly note this does not affect your current service, Not a guarantee to get upgraded on phase one neither have a new equipment at your premises nor a site visit.
