AfriQ Network Solutions Limited ("AfriQ", "we", "us") is a licensed Internet & ICT provider (AS328475). This policy applies across all our services — Internet (fibre & wireless, IP transit, bulk IP), Voice & SIP, Bulk SMS, Web Hosting, Domains & SSL, Solar Energy and Infrastructure Sharing.

2. Information we collect

• Account & contact details — name, business name, email, phone, physical/installation address.
• Service data — the products you order, usage and diagnostics needed to deliver and support them.
• Billing data — payment method and transaction records (M-Pesa, Equitel, Airtel Money, PayPal, card).
• Technical data — IP addresses, device and connection information, and website analytics (cookies).

To provide, provision, support and bill for your services; to communicate with you; to maintain network security and prevent abuse; to comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and to improve our services.
